Hello, and welcome back to your regularly scheduled posts. I hope you enjoyed our special two-part guest post from Brendan Richards over the last couple of weeks (I know I did), and just a reminder… if YOU’D like to share your game show experiences with the HTWGS visitors, then I’m all (virtual) ears… Simply email me at Stephen@HowToWinGameShows.com, and let’s chat.
Now, I just have a relatively quick post for you this week, with a couple of updates…

ABC Victoria statewide Drivetime presenter Prue Bentley
Firstly, I was chuffed to be invited to speak on ABC Radio a couple of weeks ago (Tuesday May 13th, to be precise), with drivetime presenter Prue Bentley… all about game shows! Prue was inviting her listeners to call in with their game show experiences, but opened proceedings by interviewing me for about 10 minutes. You can listen to our chat by clicking on the embedded Play button below. If you listen all the way to the end, and you want to know the answer to the trivia question that Prue poses for her listeners, just scroll all the way to the bottom of this post…
Thanks for having me, Prue!
As for the second update…
Regular visitors to this site will know that for the past few years now, I’ve been taking part in Melbourne City Mission’s Sleep At The ‘G event, to help raise funds to combat youth homelessness. This year, the event took place on the (extremely chilly!) evening of May 15th, and I’m happy to report that our little team (me, and my friends Tim & Chris, AKA The Lads MMXXV) managed to raise over $1200 for the cause. I’d like to thank everyone who made a donation, and now (because I promised I’d post one) here’s a pic of the three of us, taken on the night.

Me, Tim & Chris (AKA ‘The Lads MMXXV’). Oh sure, we’re all smiles here… but this is before I climbed into my sleeping bag and realised that I was WOEFULLY underprepared for the 4 degree night. Brrrr!
And that’s it for this week (except for the answer to that trivia question, which you’ll have to scroll down for)! Thanks again to Prue Bentley, thanks again to everyone who made a donation, and I’ll see you back here next time, for something completely different.
Until then, then!
For those playing along at home, the answer is Queen Elizabeth I.
